Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a committed RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work in home, school, or clinic settings, following individualized behavior plans created by the supervising BCBA.

You will collect live progress data, collaborate with families, and ensure a safe, supportive session environment while helping children acquire essential skills and grow. A strong passion for helping families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
