Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings in Fuquay-Varina, NC, under a supervising BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data to track progress.

Requirements include Active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (a Bachelor's is a plus), reliable transportation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.

• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
