Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education a plus.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill‑acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real‑time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
