Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You’ll receive strong supervision, clear onboarding, and ongoing feedback.

This part-time role offers afternoon/after-school hours with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour, along with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification.
• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
