Job summary

The Treetop in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in home and clinic settings under BCBA supervision.

You will help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, with paid training, strong supervision, and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative, family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.

Position Overview

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies

Qualifications

Required

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

Preferred

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
