Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will collect data, collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families, and help clients make meaningful progress in a supportive, child-centered environment while maintaining safety and engagement during sessions. Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
