Job summary

Beyond Autism Services is hiring for full-time and part-time ABA therapist roles in PA. You will provide one-to-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and clinics, guided by BCBA supervisors. Training is provided and supervision is available as you support families and document progress.

Successful candidates will engage with clients, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with the Beyond team to promote independence and safety in every session.

• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts how to provide therapy and support families.
• Implement acquisition and behavior reduction plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Teach communication, social, self-help and play skills using Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Engage with clients to help them reach their highest potential and ensure safety.
• Accurately record treatment data and maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Beyond team.
