Job summary

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Wantagh, NY. You will provide in-home ABA therapy to children, guided by a BCBA, and collect data to track progress.

The role is part-time (Mon/Weds/Fri, 3:30pm–5:30pm) and requires CPR and RBT certifications, with mileage reimbursement and growth opportunities in ABA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About The Role

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Wantagh, New York. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
