Supportive Community Innovations (SCI) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in Vincennes, Indiana. The role offers $19–$25 per hour for direct service, with a sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement.

You will work under BCBA supervision, providing 1:1 and group ABA interventions in homes, community settings, and clinics while collecting accurate data and following treatment plans. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, pass background checks, have reliable transportation, and

• Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training and study support available).

Position

Title: Behavior Technician
Reports to: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Compensation:

• $19–$25/hr
• Sign-on bonus available
• Mileage reimbursement

• Deliver therapy in homes, community settings, and outpatient offices

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must be willing to transport clients when needed)
• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Day and evening availability

Preferred Experience (may be eligible for higher pay):

• Professional experience working with children
• Experience in school settings or with crisis intervention
• Experience with children or teens with developmental differences or challenging behaviors
