About the Role:

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Pay for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

  • 4 hour shift available
  • 8 hour shift available
  • After school
  • Choose your own hours

  • No nights
  • No weekends

Duties & Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide services to children with cognitive, behavioral, and developmental disorders. You will work directly with board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to deliver and implement behavioral intervention and skill acquisition programming. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism.
  • Implementing behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2 to 21.
  • Participating in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training.
  • Maintaining communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members.
  • Receiving supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
  • Entering data and managing problem behaviors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience with Tricare Preferred is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Experience in roles such as nanny, teacher, teacher assistant, paraprofessional, special education teacher, early childhood education provider, daycare teacher, or psychology degree holder is beneficial.
