Creative Minds ABA Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA interventions under the supervision of BCBAs. You will work directly with individuals and their families, helping with skill development and increased independence.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida Medicaid Number and an RBT certification, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A clean background check and reliable transportation are required; ABA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Medicaid Number (mandatory).
• RBT certification (mandatory).
• A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Clean background check.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, with a valid driver's license.
• Prior ABA experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implement ABA interventions designed by BCBAs to address client needs.
• Work directly with individuals and families to support skill development and independence.
• Accurately collect data during therapy sessions and document progress.
• Maintain open communication with supervising BCBA/BCaBA for feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive service delivery.

Position Overview:

As an RBT at Creative Minds ABA Services Inc, you will play a crucial role in implementing ABA interventions designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address the unique needs of our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with individuals and their families, creating a positive and supportive environment to facilitate skill development, behavioral improvements, and increased independence.

• Maintaining open and proactive communication with the supervising behavior analyst to address any questions or receive feedback.
• Collaborating effectively with others and contributing to a team environment by sharing responsibilities and duties.
