Job summary

A growing behavioral health organization is seeking part-time RBTs to assist in delivering behavior services to clients aged 2 to 18 under the supervision of certified behavior analysts. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and documenting client progress. Ideal candidates must have an RBT license and strong communication skills. Benefits include a flexible schedule and professional development assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT license/certification from the BACB®.
• Medicaid provider number preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and implement interventions effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Job Summary

We are looking for parttime RBTs to join our growing company. RBTs assist in delivering behavior services to clients between the ages of 2 and 18 years old under the direction and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Duties include, but are not limited to:
