Job Overview

Avion ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and implementing behavior intervention plans. RBT Duties

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients

RBT Requirements
