Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in in-home and in-school settings. The position is available as both full-time and part-time, with a pay range of $23–$30 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

You must hold an RBT certification or be actively pursuing it; we provide guidance through the process. You’ll work with compassionate BCBA mentors and a supportive team, with flexible hours based on caseload and family needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or you are actively pursuing it.
• Experience or comfort working with children in ABA settings.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation for home and school visits.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBA team.
• Track progress using our systems (training provided).
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child growth.
• Bring energy, compassion, and consistent care to every session.
