Job summary

Dream Builders ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Virginia. We offer in-home, school, or clinic-based ABA therapy with support from BCBA-designed plans.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with families, and ensure a safe, positive therapy environment. Eligible candidates should have or pursue RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour

• Schedule: Monday- Friday

• Hours: 9 AM- 1PM

• Location: Red Oak VA 23964

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
