Action Behavior Centers is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians for ABC Clinic Spring, TX. This full-time role involves following individualized treatment plans, supporting children through engaging activities, and maintaining a safe therapy space.

Expect predictable daytime hours with potential Saturdays based on patient needs. Competitive hourly wages align with education level: HS/Associate $16–$24, Bachelor’s $16.50–$25.50, Master’s $17.50–$28.00.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $16– $24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $17.50 –$28 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
