Position Overview

Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to clients. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help implement treatment plans, support skill development, and monitor client progress.

This position is suited to an RBT who is passionate about client care, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to continued professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based settings.

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.

• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Dependability, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client locations.

• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and work under BCBA supervision.
