Action Behavior Centers in San Tan Valley, AZ is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and support child learning in a dynamic, team-focused setting.

In this full-time role, expect a Monday–Friday schedule 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Opportunities for advancement exist as you progress toward leadership and clinical roles, with comprehensive

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $19– $23.75 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21.50 –$27.25 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22.50 –$28 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
