The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our San Antonio, TX team in a full-time role. You will work with students to support behavioral and educational goals in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma and active RBT certification; CPI certification or willingness to train; 2 years of RBT experience; and 1 year of school-based RBT support at middle/high school level.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
