Miracle ABA in Rockville, MD is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collaborate closely with families and the care team to promote client progress.

Responsibilities include collecting data, maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment, and adapting sessions to each client’s needs. A valid RBT certification is required or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes


• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $28 - $35/hour


• Paid Frequency: Weekly


• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred


• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required


• Ability to pass background check


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
