Acclimate ABA in Utah's Saint George area is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team and deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options, supportive leadership, and hands-on professional development in a collaborative environment focused on client growth and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
