Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings in Maryland. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to support children with ASD.

The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and supportive guidance to help you become the best clinical therapist you can be. Travel up to 25% and a competitive compensation package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned
