Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, collect session data, and share progress with the clinical team. Evening/afternoon shifts are available with strong supervision and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
  • Interest in behavioral health.
