Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring in-home, 1:1 ABA therapists to support children with Autism ages 1-21. You will provide ABA interventions in natural settings, collect data, and coordinate with program staff to keep therapy consistent and effective.

Positions available include part-time and full-time schedules with weekly pay and benefits. A supportive supervision structure helps you grow professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities
