Job summary

Dream Builders ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Painter, VA. You will implement ABA therapy plans under supervision and help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

As part of a collaborative, supportive team, you will recruit families, track progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA.

About The Role

As a RBT, you will work closely with our team of professionals to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician Supervisor (RBT-S)
• Recruiting and assessing potential clients to determine eligibility for services
• Collaborating with families and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
