Job description

As a registered behavior technician, you will:

1. Interact with children and perform applied behavior analysis (center-based and community).
2. Assist with daily living needs of children, including but not limited to changing diapers, dressing, washing hands, and toilet training.
3. Engage with families daily.
4. Follow mandated reporting guidelines established by the state.
5. Assist with cleaning and COVID-19 procedures.
6. Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Educational Preferences: High school diploma or higher.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older, flexible, creative, and able to work well with both children and adults.
• Experience with children or adults with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Physical ability to push/pull 75 pounds (e.g., move tables or training materials), lift/support 25 pounds, and perform activities such as running, jumping, kneeling, and assisting children in bathroom activities.
