Job summary

Mindcolor Autism LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, tailor programs to each learner, and support communication, social, and daily living skills in a respectful, nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Experience working with children (ABA or developmental experience preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability (up to 40 hours/week)
• Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to support personal care needs when necessary
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviors in a safe and supportive manner

Responsibilities

The Role

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills

What Your Day Looks Like

• Approximately 80% of your time spent in direct client care
• Approximately 20% dedicated to documentation, session notes, and preparation
• Ongoing training, feedback, and professional development
• Supporting both skill-building and behavior management in a structured setting
