Job summary

Applied Behavioral Services West Chester Clinic is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children on the autism spectrum, delivering 1:1 and small group ABA instruction in a supportive, structured learning environment.

You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists while maintaining organized materials and a positive space for growth.

Qualifications

As a Behavior Technician at Applied Behavioral Services, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum to build skills, encourage independence, and promote meaningful progress. You’ll use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help students reach their individualized goals in supportive, structured learning environments.

What You’ll Need

At least two years of college coursework in psychology, special education, or a related field

Experience supporting children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
