Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, support goal attainment, and collaborate with our clinical staff to implement behavior plans.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Need to Know

  • All positions start off part‑time.
  • Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6‑month commitment to change our clients' lives.
