Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and staff.

This position offers flexible hours, a pay rate of $25–$32 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and paid maternity

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state ID
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations
• Other duties as assigned

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
