Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD in home settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and maintain session notes while collaborating with supervising BCBA and fellow staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, families.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Travel requirement:

• Up to 25% travel

$25 - $32 an hour
