Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in Murrieta, California, is looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) who will provide individual ABA therapy to children with autism. This role involves using research-based methods while coordinating with families and professionals to track progress and enhance therapy effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Some college credits or current enrollment.

Pay Rate: $21.00-$27.00 DOE

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using research-based methods in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
  • Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, make friends, and achieve independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
  • Collect and analyze data with our proprietary electronic software for real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
