Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Mt. Juliet team.

You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to support development and daily life. This part-time role offers evening hours (Mon/Wed/Fri 4:30pm–7:00pm) in‑home settings with opportunities for growth and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience working in clinic and in-home settings.
• RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a childs home/clinic/school setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

About The Role

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
