Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth. Rite of Passage Team is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians at Alliance Family Services in Minden, NV.

Alliance Family Services offers Behavior analysis services to children and families in the Minden area. Our services are designed to provide support for families in need of positive changes. Alliance Family Services is dedicated to promoting independence and quality of life for all those we serve. We provide high-quality therapeutic office services, with support to assist our clients in addressing, managing, and overcoming serious emotional, psychological, and behavioral problems in a warm and professional environment with staff available to assist on the road to improvement.

Pay

Starting at $21 per hour. Sign-on bonus $500.00 for RBTs ($250 at 3 months, $250 at 6 months).

• If you are not RBT certified, training will be provided to obtain RBT licensure through Nevada. The hourly rate for an RBT trainee is $15. You will be responsible for paying for the online RBT training course; however, the cost of the certification exam is eligible for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Behavior Technician you will work with clients in the clinic, school, and home-based settings.
• RBTs will work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services and collect and maintain appropriate behavior data under the close supervision of the BCBA and/or BCaBA.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance
• Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses
• RBT Licensure (If not certified, training will be provided for certification)
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Schedule

Variable hours based on program needs. Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 9am to 5pm.
