Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home, school, or clinic ABA therapy and to support meaningful progress for real families.

Active RBT certification is required at the time of application; pay ranges from $20–$24 per hour with opportunities for higher pay based on experience. Full-Time or Part-Time options with flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required at the time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.


• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time


• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:

• Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
