Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will provide direct 1:1 services in home or school settings, implement individualized treatment plans, and document data and progress under supervision.

Strong English communication, reliability, and an active RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
• RBT Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in school environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations and be punctual

• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
