Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join a heart-driven ABA team. This position offers in-home and in-school therapy with flexible hours and a strong support network of BCBA mentors.

You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy, follow treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with families to help children thrive. RBT certification or active pursuit is required, with guidance provided to complete it.

Pay Range: $22–$28/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
