Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children in North Salt Lake and Bountiful, UT. You will work 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision to build communication, social, and daily living skills in home settings.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across North Salt Lake and Bountiful. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. This is a hands-on, deeply rewarding role — and a vital part of helping children thrive in their own homes and communities.
