House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a heart-driven team. We provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy, and we come to the kiddos. Hours range from 15 to 40 per week, with full-time and part-time options, and Start Date ASAP.

You must have your RBT certification or be actively pursuing it—we’ll guide you through the process. If you love working with children, bring a positive, team-first attitude, reliable transportation, and a readiness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA clinicians.
• Track progress using company systems; training provided.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child outcomes.
