Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Manvel, TX. This full-time position offers daytime hours, with occasional Saturdays based on patient needs. Start date is immediate, and the clinic provides paid RBT certification and growth opportunities.

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, delivering play-based ABA therapy, collecting data, and following customized treatment plans. Training and strong teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be present.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $16– $24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50 –$25.50 per hourMaster’s Degree: $17.50 –$28 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
