Job summary

The Lovaas Center in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children ages 2–7 using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will work 1:1 and in group settings, implement behavior plans, collect data, and maintain confidentiality across diverse settings.

Your Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

• Engage directlywith clients in both 1:1 and group settings, using creative and effective teaching methods.
• Implement behavior plansdeveloped by experienced BCBAs.
• Collect and record datato track progress and outcomes.
• Maintain confidentialityand uphold our ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• REQUIREDCurrent RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across town.
• Completion of required trainings within 90 days of hire (QBS, HIPAA, BLS).
• Valid driver’s license or state issued identification.
• English literacy; able to speak, read and write proficiently.

Work Environment:

• Engage in active, hands-on work with children, including various physical activities.
• Be adaptable to different settings: home, school, center and/or community.
• Must be available to work between 15-40 hours per week, including weekday afternoons and weekends.
