The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in California. This role serves students across Lafayette and surrounding East Bay cities, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am to 2:45pm, offering meaningful, classroom-based support and professional growth within a supportive leadership team.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• School-based experience preferred
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 2:45pm
