Action Behavior Centers in La Porte, Texas is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, Monday through Friday 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, and reading while staying active in sessions. Training includes paid RBT certification.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate's Degree: $16– $22.50 per hour
• Bachelor's Degree: $16.50 –$24 per hour
• Master's Degree: $17.50 –$26 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
