Centriaautism in Oregon is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Behavior Technician. In this position, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and passionate about helping children with autism. A high school diploma or GED, along with certifications in CPR and First Aid, are required.
The pay range for this role is between $19 and $24 per hour, and the opportunity includes various benefits aimed at career development and employee assistance.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. Candidate must be 18+ years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. The position requires obtaining a CPR, First Aid Certification, and a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the last year), passing a pre‑employment background check, obtaining an RBT certification after onboarding, and being able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range: $19 - $24
