Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy in Holly Springs, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision, delivering compassionate care in a structured clinical setting.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, and accurately collect and document client progress data while collaborating with your supervising BCBA and clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Consistent and dependable availability.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.
• Willing to grow professionally in ABA.
