Work Experience and Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months through school age.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Apply creative and advanced techniques in a play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children’s progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child’s development, contributing to customized therapy programs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift or carry more than 50 lbs, run, crouch, squat, kneel, and bend at the waist; ability to sit on the floor or chair for extended periods and move quickly between standing, seated, and kneeling positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug test at the time of hire (safety priority).

Compensation

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
