Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking active RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

Applicants must hold an active RBT credential, be prepared to maintain certification, and meet BACB ethics and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

Who We Are

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autistic children and children with developmental delays. We partner closely with families and deliver individualized therapy designed to support meaningful, lasting progress in everyday life.

We are seeking actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are committed to ethical care, professionalism, and continued clinical growth.

What This Role Is About

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will deliver direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

This role is for individuals who already hold an active RBT credential and are prepared to uphold ongoing certification and ethical responsibilities.
