At Golden Steps ABA, RBTs work directly with children and families to turn individualized treatment plans into everyday progress. you'll receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with your team, and have opportunities to keep developing your skills.

What You Can Expect

• Pay: $25-$30 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time | Monday-Friday including some evening hours
• Setting: In-home/Community in Glen Burnie
• Training and support: Paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and professional development opportunities

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. you'll:
