Action Behavior Centers in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities in a supportive clinic setting.

Requirements include being 18+, high school diploma, ability to lift 30 lbs, and RBT certification.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $19– $23.75 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21.50 –$27.25 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22.50 –$28 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
