Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification or BACB 40-hour RBT training completed.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
  • Ability to obtain CPR before start date.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Desire for ongoing professional development and training.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000 (hourly pay, not salary)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and engage with families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process.   • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
  • Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting
